A fun 5-week dog training class in Three Forks, MT where you and your dog learn 10 tricks and work toward the AKC Novice Trick Dog title. Rosie’s AKC Trick Dog Class is a fun and engaging 5-week group dog training course designed to help you and your dog learn new skills while strengthening your bond. This class is a tribute to Whitney’s heart dog, Rosie, who inspired a love for creative, confidence-building training through tricks and play. In this course, you and your dog will work toward earning the American Kennel Club Novice Trick Dog title by learning and mastering 10 different tricks. This class is perfect for: • Puppies and dogs 5 months and older • Dog owners looking for fun, engaging training experiences • Teams who want to build confidence and try something new • Dogs who enjoy learning and problem-solving During this course, you will choose and train 10 different tricks with your dog. Examples include: • Balance Beam • Bark on cue • Crawl • Fetch It • Find It • Get It • Sit in a box on cue • Get On (platform work) • Hand signals for sit, down, or come • High Five All tricks are taught using positive reinforcement and shaping techniques to help your dog think, engage, and succeed. By the end of the class, you’ll be ready to submit for the AKC Novice Trick Dog title—and have plenty of fun tricks to show off at home. Small group format with a maximum of 3 dog/handler teams to ensure personalized attention and a supportive training environment. Please bring the following to each class: • Current vaccination records • Flat collar or harness • 6-ft leash (no retractable leashes) • Plenty of high-value treats

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: If Client fails to give at least 24 hours cancellation notice, or is not present at time of scheduled appointment, session fees are still due. Liability: If Dog causes property damage, or bites or injures any dog, animal or person (including but not limited to Trainer and Trainer’s agents), during or after the term of this Agreement, then Client agrees to pay all resulting losses and damages suffered or incurred, and to defend and indemnify Trainer and Trainer’s agents from any resulting claims, demands, lawsuits, losses, costs or expenses, including attorney fees. If Dog is injured in a fight or in any other manner during or after the term of the Agreement, Client assumes the risk and agrees that Trainer should not be held responsible for any resulting injuries, losses, damages, costs or expenses. At Trainer's sole election, Trainer's duties hereunder shall terminate if (a) in Trainer's sole judgment Dog is dangerous or vicious to Trainer or any other person or animal, or interferes with the training of other dogs, or (b) Client breaches any term or condition of this Agreement. Upon termination in accordance with the foregoing, Trainer's duties shall terminate but all other provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. Montana-Specific Legal Provisions 1. In accordance with Montana Code Annotated (MCA) § 27-1-715, client assumes full responsibility for damages or injury caused by their dog while under the care of Shadow Paws Training. 2. In compliance with Montana dog bite and liability laws, client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Shadow Paws Training from any claims arising from the dog’s behavior unless due to gross negligence. 3. Client affirms the dog is properly vaccinated and licensed in accordance with local Montana municipal regulations. 4. In the event of severe weather conditions common to Montana (extreme cold, ice, wildfire smoke, excessive heat), Shadow Paws Training reserves the right to modify services for safety. 5. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Montana and venue shall lie in the county where services are provided. Client releases and waives liability against Shadow Paws Training for injury, illness, loss, or damage except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct. Client accepts full financial responsibility for injuries or damages caused by their dog.
